successful habits

I just recently enter college and am currently what i say is an even person:
When i wake up to the alarm i feel “its WAY too early” and want to roll over to go back to sleep
10am I’m starting to feel awake
Still a little Groggy into afternoons
Don’t Talk to me in the mornings, I’m still mad because i had to wake this early
I feel Sharp around 8 P.M.

With this i have a flexing bed time sometimes I’m at home really relaxed and decide to go to bed around 11pm because i know i have to wake early
other days i don’t sleep till 5am and wake around to just before work

My bed time is always somewhere in between that time

I also enjoy about 8 hours of sleep

Starting college i would like to wake early because i know that those who wake early are generally more successful in life..The early bird catches the worm…i also like the fact that i can get more done when i wake earlier..usually around 6 or 7..

The turn around is that i do not wish to end my partying habits
I’m not irresponsible, I choose the correct night and time to go out and party, stay up till about 4 and awake at 2 when i can afford it.
I want to have my energy in the morning and am working towards becoming a morning person
but i fear that my partying may not allow it

any tips or opinions?
I also work in the evenings not getting off the clock till about 10
Please do not tell me to just plain “quit my partying” i know that is a better solution but would rather not do it

  1. My house at to seven and reach college at 730 but know how it feels to seven.

  2. The rest you are essentially burning the more often you doing this the more often you do you can do this in row and you doing this in this in fact give up on that you can do this in row and exercise.
