But, the fact that I’m getting married next summer and other factors have taken me to my breaking point. I NEED to loose some weight and get healthier not just for looks, but for my well-being, and because I don’t want to end up like all of my overweight/obese family members.
I have no idea where to begin. I really suck at the whole self-motivation thing so I’m trying to get myself a “workout buddy.” We have an elliptical machine at home which I actually kind of like doing, but I’m just not sure how I should be doing it and how long. It’s got a million settings on it and I’m just not sure what to use. Any suggestions for a good and successful workout program that I can do at home that will incorporate the elliptical?
