successful habits
tracenolines asked:

I’ve always been easily distracted and have found it difficult to follow through with whatever I start. This has caused me to drop classes in school and lose motivation. I just get bored and lose interest.

I’m ready for a change in my life so that I can make progress and be successful. People tell me that since I’m only 20 not to rush and that I have time to change.

I really want to do things differently. Breaking old and bad habits is never easy.

How can I set goals and be persistent with completing them?

How do I break these daily procrastination habits?
