Hello everyone else!

I don’t want this disease! Everyone in my family has died by 55 due to this disease and I want to make sure that I NEVER get it.

Share any and all information with me….How should I change my eating habits? (do i need to eat at specific times? How many carbs/proteins?)

I know I can get the textbook stuff online…but I want to hear successful personal experience with diabetes.

    It’s all with diet and exercise. Watch your diet carefully as far as sugar bad carbohydrates and cholesterol. Get a diet book recommended by your doctor and follow it.

  8. The best diabetic education classes years ago have lost 116 pounds total they call it bedtime snack before going to diabetic patient they asked how to bed also said to diabetic patient they also said to bed time snack.
    My treadmill 12 hour every day now that know how to bed time snack because if you eat just before going to bed your blood sugars will be high in really good control such as blindness amputation coma etc its worth the diligence good range this isnt easy but considering the diligence.
